Failure and Measures

Malfunction Phenomenon Expected Cause Countermeasure
Initial Operation Defect Main Motor Overload
  • 1.Check and adjust current set value of overload relay.
  • 2.Check rotation status of load axle, and if defect, contact place of purchase or our company for after service.
Fan Motor Overload
  • 1.Check and adjust current set value of heat radiation overload relay.
  • 2.Check cooler pollution status and if polluted, remove dirt and clean.
  • 3.Check rotation status of load axle, and if defect, contact place of purchase or our company for after service.
Pressure Switch Error
  • 1.Check intake piping status and the set pressure and pressure difference and adjust.
  • 2.If pressure switch is damaged or is defect, contact place of purchase or our company for after service.
Discharge Temperature Overheat
  • 1.Improve installation environment and maintain surrounding temperature below 40℃.
  • 2.Check cooling fan direction, status and if cooler is polluted, clean.
  • 3.Refil or replace oil and replace oil filter.
  • 4.Replace oil separator filter.
  • 5.Dismantle oil recovery (scavenge) line and clean.
  • 6.If temperature switch and relay is defect, contact place or purchase or our company for after service.
Electric Circuit Error
  • 1.Check status of wire and disconnection according to the control circuit drawing and check bolt tightness.
  • 2.If part defect, contact place of purchase or our company for After service.
Power Specification Defect
  • 1.Usage by applying appropriate power specification.

Stop or Alarm ringing during Operation
